On the evening of May 22nd, 2006, there was a sea turtle (Chelonia mydas) went up to lay on Cat Lon beach, Bay Canh Is (Con Dao). It is specially this turtle is with 2 tags on her forward limbs which are difference code number from sea turtle code number system of Con Dao National Park (this turtle nested 2 times on Cat Lon beach)

Acccording to agreement of People�s Committee of BRVT Province, a training workshop on sea turtle conservation took place at Con dao National Park from 13 to 19 July, 2006 which was co-sponsored and operated by agencies:

In the observing the immigration of Viet Nam sea turtles Project financed by DANIDA- Denmark, on 31 October 2006 at the beach Con Son bay- Con Dao Island, Con Dao National Park attached an observing satellite equipment to a mother turtle which has the tag number: VN001035_ VN001036_ CDNP.

Environmental education is one of the significant responsibilities of each national park. During 1998 � 2000, environmental education in Con Dao had been developed positively but not sticked to a regular basis and system, the forms of education were not diversified and suitable to relevant beneficiary. During 2001 � 2003, as given financial and technical assistance by the WWF, Indochina Programme, the environmental education programme in this area had essentially enhanced the public awareness in Natural Resource Conservation and rational use in Con Dao.

Eco-tour: is a form of tourism originating from natural and outdoor tour that is more and more diverse and enriched throughout Vietnam and all over the world. Men gradually find the importance of nature to their health and living.

Protection of natural resources and environment is focused responsibility of Con Dao National Park; therefore it is a top priority. The protection system and forces are arranged at critical locations with high biodiversity and where the national resources and environment are sensitive to impacts, especially impacts exerted by men.
